Self-Care 101
Hey guys! So, I'm pretty sure at this point we all have a lot of time on our hands. It's funny...before when we were busy we wanted more time. And now that we have all the time in the world? We have no clue what to do with it. Is that just me? Anyhoo, one of the things I've really been trying to work on recently is keeping up with self-care. Now we have a lot more time to take time for ourselves, it's the perfect time to work on self-care. Self-care looks like different things for different people. For some, it means working out. Others, it means having a pamper/spa day or sitting in bed all day, vibing with some chill music and a good book. Today I want to give you guys some ideas for self-care. I hope you get some inspiration! 1. Have a Pamper/Spa Day I wanted to kick off this list with one of my favorite things: having a pamper/spa day.
