February Update: Writing, Valentines, and Music :)
Hey guys! What's up? I hope you had a great February! I literally can NEVER say February. Do you say the "ru" or no? Haha, I guess life has its mysteries. 😂
Anyhoo, Feb wasn't too chaotic.
There was Valentine's Day... I didn't have a valentine, but I'm not complaining 😂
And I seriously can't think of anything else that we did... wow 😂

But one thing I wanted to start sharing are verses each month.
So, drum roll please, the VOTM (Verse Of The Month) is 2 Corinthians 4:9:
"We are persecuted but NOT forsaken. Struck down but NOT destroyed."
This verse has really been meaningful to me. God never leaves us. Even when we feel like God's turned his back on us, or he doesn't care, he's still there. And he promises us freedom and peace, whether on this earth or in heaven. God never said it would be easy, but he did say he's stay with us. He gives us the strength we need to keep going and to spread his word. Don't give up, and trust that God is there and he will give to the strength to do his will.

I told you guys last time that I would be giving book updates, so here you go:
I currently have 3 books in progress. My main one is about an mk (missionary kid) named Leilana. She moves to Mozambique as an mk and learns to love it there. No, it's not based on my life. I know Leila and I are different, and I hope that maybe one day I could be like her. That's the one I want to finish the most, and it was the first one I started on.
So far I have 15 pages, 2 chapters, and 7,037 words. It's not that much, but it's progress.
The second book I started working on is about two twins name Olive and Teddy who are telepathic. So far I have 6 pages, part of 1 chapter, and 3,226 words.
The third book and most recent book I've been working on is about a girl named Willow. I just thought of it about a week ago. It's fantasy. I can't really explain it, because like I said, it's complicated. But there are different jobs, and the characters are Placed by their Mark. Willow really wants to be a Finder (official adventurer for the queen/king) but the she is heartbroken when she finds out where she is Placed. So far, I only have 4 pages and 2,294 words. I just wanted to write a bit to get the idea, and I don't plan on finishing it any time soon.
I actually really want to finish my mk book, but these other ideas popped into my head, and I just felt like I needed to write about them a bit. So yeah!

One last thing: I have been writing a ton of music lately, and I wanted to share some lyrics I've written, maybe they can be encouraging to you:
It's okay to cry
With the feelings inside
But you're not done yet
Cuz you've got so much more
Than what they thought before

That you're not done yet
